Well, the last arch that blocked one of my packages was hppa, and it
blocked moval to sarge for about 20-30 days (I forget the exact
number, but it was enough for me to write mail and speak with people
about it).

However, I don't ask for dropping of hppa because of this. Such things
just happens once in a while.
