	That's odd.  I got a different impression from Joey[1].  After
all, he thinks that Debconf should "store answers in a central database
for large installations" and provide a "way to do noninteractive
installs".

	After all, why else does Debconf allow you to pre-seed its
database?  And why else are we encouraging an LDAP backend?
