In general, I think it's not that good to base _anything_ on the non-free
popcon results -- for most packages, I'd believe the standard deviation is
way over the number reported :-) (Not to mention that I don't really believe
popcon users currently constitute a random subset of all Debian users.) If
you had (say) twenty times the data, you'd probably begin to talk.
