only kde-extragear, koffice and kdesdk have incomplete Dutch translations at 
the moment

I only got started on debconf template translation at debcamp, and up untill 
the end of august debian-l10n-dutch was more or less dormant.

we went  from 629 translated strings in the beginning of august, to 2354 
translated strings today, we're catching up, just need a little time :-)
