Debian LSB compliance for non x86 platforms

Hi,

I am interested to work on LSB compliance and certification for Debian s390. 
This platform will be covered by the upcoming LSB 1.4 release but I want to
start now working on it.

I know that aj has done some work for x86 and I know his summary at

Does anybody know if there has been any progress for x86 and what's about non 
x86 platforms. I am especially interested in a description of the process to 
get Debian on non x86 certified, e.g. have we go through the same exercise as 
x86 or do we provide only some kind of delta certification?
