hm, that is not about 'Release file not copied if local' issue, that is about
people's reporting 'zsh: segmentation fault' ... I do not think it is
different, and I do not think it is an apt bug. Still not sure if these /var/
cache/apt/*.bin files are deleted automatically before any apt-get command.
