password setting via db.debian.org working?

Following the instructions on
https://db.debian.org/password.html, I have tried to get a new
password.  This has had no apparent effect, although I've tried
it a few times now.  I haven't received a bounce or a reply.
Anyone else experienced this?

(Not a huge deal, because I can still log in with my DSA key set
via the db email interface.  But I can't log into, e.g., the
db.debian.org webpage to update my personal info with a DSA key.)
