i rather have the underscore "_" before the user name (_postfix) than having
something that can clash with other local user (heh, i have a debian-mail
here).

The idea of having a wrapper (even a daemon) for the creating and erasing
system users process seems also a good idea. It could keep track of the
already created users in a system and avoid creating a user with the same
uid.

The uids would be saved on a file so it could be used after backup/restore
procedures.
