Given the proliferation of changelog entries which seem to exist only to
provide some padding for (Closes: ...) markers, apparently a lot.
(I don't accept the ignorance excuse; there's been a rant on -devel every
other week or so for a while now, an entire section in the developer's
reference, plenty of good examples, etc.)
