as new entry to control file in source section.

A cvs repository (on alioth if currently possible) or elsewhere is
also a good idea. I do not like cvs-buildpackage, but you could
also consider it if you like so. It's better to put debian/ tree
on the cvs repository, to avoid management of binaries on cvs.
