license, the GNU GPL, and the GNU LGPL should refer to the
files /usr/share/common-licenses/BSD,
/usr/share/common-licenses/Artistic,
/usr/share/common-licenses/GPL, and
/usr/share/common-licenses/LGPL respectively, rather than
quoting them in the copyright file.
