Funny, before my recent upgrade I had a P3-450 (I think it was a celery)
doing about as much work as your machine sans osirus. Of course you didn't
mention that at first, did you? Again I wonder why you just don't run a
proxyDNS that feeds 127.0.0.1 to the RBL'd domains. I'll concede that given
that information SA might be a bit much. But that is because of the DNS load
unrelated to mail and not how you originally worded it.
