I've seen a bunch of bugs from him, although that's just a fraction of the
total it seems, and they seem okay as long as they're restricted to minor
and wishlist severities -- and he gradually moved to that himself. Once
again, that's for the bugs I happened to see, dunno about the other five or
six hundred (!).

We can also use a crossassassin-like approach, monitor for people who file
more than n bugs in a short time period and then instate temporary bans :)
