He's already the submitter with most active bugs by some considerable
margin. Compare the terseness and pedantry of many of his bugs and the
acrimony felt by many developers upon receiving them with the
helpfulness of the next in the list, Daniel Schepler, and it becomes
clear that quantity and quality are very different things.
