about lience

dear sir,
sorry for terrific disturb, yet i do not know where to
report my question. i'm a java programmer, and also
interested in linux system. my question us that i'd
developed a small framework (based upon sun's java
package), which enables user to perform activities
against database simply via defineing sql statement
and its variables (without coding java code such as
connecion , preparedstatement, etc. again, again and
again). simpliar to the article referred to in
javaworld
(http://www.javaworld.com/javaworld/jw-05-2002/jw-0524-sql.html);
plus with ability of debug preparedstatement string
printed on console (of course it could be improved
later on for log into files and so on).
i know this code is not a big deal for those are
senior. yet i suppose it's useful for those who want
to perform some activities against database but if
they don't have tools or want a simplified java code
inside; because, for instance, through that package,
if someone wants to query from database, they don't
even need to change DTO (data transfer object); which
later on forward to the view, if the query items do
not change.
it also means that user can change sql code from a
plain text without affect any java code of the whole
project.
however, as i know it seems that it's not welcome for
such kind of code for its source code is based on non
open source (or "not free") package. would it be
possible to put such kind of java code (source code
included) into debian. additionaly, i'm willing to
declare it to be under GPL or LGPL lience if possible.
regards,
