IMHO, gtk-* should be reserved to packages that are part of the GTK
project, or at least closely tied with it.
To me foo-bar implies that this packages is the bar part from foo like
in bind9-doc or libnss-db. For gtk-fm, dropping the dash (gtkfm), like
it has been done for many packages (gtkterm, gtksql, ...), seems more
appropriate.
Maybe some guidelines should be included in section 6.2 of the
developper's reference, so there is consistency in package naming.
