No, I think my own description is more correct and I like it more.
(But I removed "by me" from the first line.)
I also do not see the point of Cc'ing debian-devel, this will not add
more value to your argument.
I see that you are a developer since just a few months. I suggest you to
be more cautious before filing "serious" severity bugs like these.
