You're confused. What's important is what people are willing and able
to work on. Nothing more, nothing less.
You're not going to get any disagreement that having the installer and
base-config get translated is important. Would you like to work on it? If
so, please stop yammering about priorities, and get something working and
work out how to make it easily accessible to everyone. If you're actually
going to do some work, we'll all be happy to talk about *that*. If you
just want to keep ranting and raving and not do anything, please stop now.
