Package without upstream (nparted)

Hello,
I maintain nparted and like some other debian packages, it no
longer has any upstream author.
I have put it on the Unmaintained free software list[1] in July 2002,
but nobody has picked it up yet.
There are some users according to the popularity-contest[2] and some
upstream problems[3].
Icewm had the same problem[4], but nparted seems to be definitively dead,
and I have no idea how to cope with these problems.
Thanks for your comments.
Regards.
