[snip] OK, since I'm not the maintainer of grep, I'm inclined instead to just turn [ef]grep into scripts that call grep -E and -F, respectively, which can then move back to /bin with minimal "waste" of space. Unless somebody else wants to make an NMU with grep recompiled to support being called as [eg]grep directly. T -- And life still goes on...
