  Description     : Convert DV-encoded videos between various formats

 This package provides a command line utility to convert video streams
 that are encoded with the Digital Video (DV) codec between various
 formats.  It does not change the video data itself, but only the way
 the data is wrapped into a file.  More technical, it changes the
 format, but not the codec.  Currently, it supports the QuickTime, AVI
 type 1, AVI type 2, and raw DV video formats.
