Right now, it looks almost infinite to me without rules.  It stays there
until AJ has time to review.  With rules as this, this process can be
automated.  That is my intent.  I may well be wrong on some facts.

I will be happy this to be shortened to 1 month or anything reasonable
though.  Do you have any good suggestion?
