Heheh. That too, is anarchism in action, and it sure beats authoritarianism. There is always a balance. If a person wants something so badly that he pushes until he gets it, well, then while he was spending that effort he had less energy to devote to defending things he wanted slightly less, so other people more likely had their way with him in other departments.
