No, not in KDE. The KDE menus work. Broken stuff in there (KDE3 more so
than KDE2.2, we've cleaned it up in that regard) MUST be reported as a
bug. Bug reports to d-k@l.d.o for KDE3, BTS for 2.2.2 (although nothing
will be done about the latter).
