Last I heard our general policy was that it isn't necessary to support
people skipping major releases. I certainly don't see a pressing need
for it, at least. If you're still running a slink box, especially if
it's connected to the Internet, then you have larger problems than not
having the time to upgrade to potato before upgrading to woody.
