  Description     : Dockapp that shows a random southpark character xeyes style

This program shows a face from the South Park series in your
windowmaker dock (or Blackbox slit, or similar), with eyes following the 
mouse pointer.

The program does nothing productive, but constitutes a nice replacement for
xeyes, if you are into that sort of thing.
