I am afraid I am not a developer deep into the policy process, so most
likely I was too quick to post it, or I should join some policy mailinglist
to mandate it... perhaps you can support the suggestion here. Needs maybe
some rewording, but keep in mind, it should (IMHO) describe the current
behaviour, since it is reasonale easy/simple to implement.
