Please don't be anxious. For "Description-pt_BR:", my script first
checks "pt_PT" and it fails, and then checks "pt" and it succeeds.
Thus, "Description-pt_BR:" field will be regarded as ISO-8859-1.
"pt" and "pt_BR" are rather clear, because "pt_BR" is apparently
for Brazil (where Euro isn't used).
However, I have no idea which encoding "Description-{de,es,fr,it}:"
fields are written, ISO-8859-1 or ISO-8859-15, because these fields
don't specify countries. (These languages are used both in Euro
countries and non-Euro countries.)
