I understand Debian's issue wrt the the naming and I agree schedutil's
rt(1) package should be renamed.  It is important to me, however, that
_I_ rename it so everyone shares a common name.

I like `chrt' - it fits in with the other UNIX utilities and `lsrt' in
particular.

Any complaints?  If not I will push out an 0.0.6...
