So this request-tracker is a Debian-specific utility? I would prefer to
keep the name as-is... rt is short and sweet and certainly conveys the
applications purpose.

If the decision is to rename rt, please let me know... at that point we
can work together on a new name (I'd much prefer Debian to not have a
name different from anyone else).
