Well, well, it seems that the request-tracker version 2 package is not
affected by this problem, as its binaries are located in /usr/share.
While I could alter my request-tracker version 1 package accordingly, I
shall rather drop it from Debian completely, as supposedly nobody is
interested in it any more and my time is dear.

That should settle this issue, I think...
