These are supported as of rdesktop version 1.1.0, which is in Debian.

This functionality (together with support for non-PC keyboards) is in
CVS but hasn't been released yet.  This is a high priority for the next
version.

The most important ones have been.  And Peter Byström is currently
working on porting a number of the fixes in his experimental patch
series back into CVS.  I don't know if anyone has looked specifically
at the rwin changes; I'll put it on my todo list.
