If it's a toggle, how do you make sure that the default behavior,
assuming no local editing of conffiles, when invoked from
/usr/bin/editor, is to not wrap lines?  It can't both wrap lines and
not wrap lines at the same time; one of these behaviors has to be the
default, which is what's important here, IMHO.
