No. It is a problem for everyone distributing something that clearly
violates Apple's copyrights on their desktop's appearance (wherever such
copyrights happen to be valid).

Yep. And that is the reason I would prefer not to have this included in
Debian.

Oh, I am sure the code licensing IS alright, that isn't the problem.  What
the code _does_ is the problem :)

If you really want to distribute the package, maybe you could keep it for
easy download in your homepage instead of uploading it to Debian?  Add it to
debian-planet's list of unofficial apt sites, and your users will not have
too much trouble to find it.
