No, that is not true. C++ is a complex language and designing its ABI
is not a simple task. The ABI used in gcc 3.0 was a major redesign
but experience with that ABI has revealed a few isseus that need to
be corrected. Stating that the g++ people need to `make up their
minds already' is a gross understatement of the work they are doing.
