Current (proposed) java policy describes virtual package java2-runtime that
should be provided by a Java2 implementation. Unfortunately the
j2re1.3/j2sdk1.3 packages available at blackdown don't provide java2-runtime.
I'd personally use Depends: java2-runtime | j2re1.3 as some other
java2-reliant packages in contrib do.
Btw, this thread might get more mileage on debian-java.
