Even if it would be possible, it would be a terrible mistake.
The kernel sources do not provide "equivalent functionality".
Whatever that means for source packages.

If you want the Hurd sources, do "apt-get source hurd".  If you want the
gnumach sources, do "apt-get source gnumach".  Unlike other people, we know
how to call things by their proper names.  ;)
