You still could not hit "reload" then; maybe the page contains some
weird javascript reloading the page etc.
Actually i think this would need more mutt support anyway; as attached
html pages tend to need attached images... but you can always start
evolution for these mails...

Still, i'm wondering whether it would be best to just copy the tmp file
to some other name, and leave it for tmpreaper to clean - or is this
strongly discouraged?

I probably should apply the workaround i got in this thread before, and
add a "sleep 2" to galeon (which should suffice for most machines which
actually can run a useable galeon ;)

Still i don't like either of these ways, and think there should be some
common way of handling this.
