	No, it does not. I meant this script to be a general purpose
 conffile provider, with some recovery provisions for transitioning
 from a broken package that did not preserve configuration files. I
 did not mean it to be a script that does not ask a singlke question
 despite trying to recover from an extraordinary situation.
