I'm not claiming, I've read many posts here commenting the LSB requires that.
And yes there was a link (don't remember it, anyone could paste it?). But there was
no mention about "transparent installing" there as i remember so i just thought
that'd be defined in another place...

do you mean that's not what they require? It hurts me if i was confused, i'd hate
 sending an inflamatory message because of a messy confusion.
