It is quite possible that the effect of this law is that a French Quebecer
is not permitted to receive a license for your software at all unless he
can persuade you to either put the license into French just for him or add
the clause that Apple used.

I'm thinking that maybe my licenses need such a clause, as well as one
requiring that the license be interpreted under US law.
