xfonts-xtt-* packages will change more freqently than ttf-xtt-*
packages(from my experience.)

For example, ttf-arphic-bkai00mp (this package provide Chinese
TrueType font) was released only once, but xfonts-arphic-bkai00mp
package (X related meta datas to use ttf-arphic-bkai00mp on X)was
released 4th times.

Yes, this cost is big. But this is not related that `ttf-xtt-*
packages will include fonts.scale, fonts.alias, tfm and other meta
datas' or `proveide separate packages.'
