Nope.  The purpose of xlibs-pic is to serve plugins, not shared
libraries.

First, grab a dictionary and lookup "depreciate" and "deprecate".  Note
the distinction.  Second, xlibs-pic is a brand NEW package, not an old
one that needs to be eliminated.
