Dunno about Torsten but I've occasionally had hostile responses to that
before.  More to the point, you shouldn't have to do this - you wind up
sitting around waiting for the promised explanation for a while (I don't
think I've ever actually one, but I live in hope) before sending off a
mail which may or may not get a response.
