It's a simple bug.  Easy to fix.  Kills only certain X setups, and
certainly doesn't stop you from launching X if you need to.  Doesn't damage
the box, doesn't make the box unusable, doesn't cause loss of data, doesn't


It effectively _does_ make the box unusable.  To say otherwise implies
that X isn't an important package.

All of those things make it a "Priority: Normal" bug at worst, and an
annoyance at best.


I *strongly* disagree with this.  It is certainly a RC bug.

Yes, the fix is simple, as it is for most RC-bugs: replace the broken
file with a fixed one.  That doesn't change the fact that it's RC.
