just FYI: Latin-10 is NOT Latin-2 with Euro sign added.
Latin-10 is Latin-2 with Czech and Slovak specific characters
removed and replaced with Romanian and some other
characters (including Euro).
So for Czechs and Slovaks, the only way how to get Euro sign
in their languages is to use unicode.
