I recieved a new licence from the upstream author, which classifies as
non-free but distributable. (i checked the licence with debian-legal)

There are two restrictions preventing them from going into main:
- no derivative works are allowed
- the name of the fonts must not be changed

The package will be split into three independant packages, each containing
about 150 fonts.
