Please note this:

     * #97184: gftp from DSA-055-1 displays passwords in plain text on the
       screen
       Package: gftp; Severity: critical; Reported by: Stephane Gaudreault
       <gaudrs@iro.umontreal.ca>; Tags: potato; 155 days old.

I had abandoned the package in the meantime, and someone has offered to
adopt it already, in #109220. However, this is still an issue. :(
