So Recommends: is not enough? If somebody has a mp3-encoder in
/usr/local, he doesn't need Ogg.
I know this is not much of a reasonable argument but as I stated Ogg
support is only a week old, the program was mainly written for mp3. And
encoding is not really a must. You could even use it to just rip CDs if
you change .jackrc, resulting in nicely renamed .WAVs.
I don't mind changing to Depends: vorbis-tools, if you think this is the
best way though.
