Re: /usr/dict/ -> /usr/share/dict/ request (bug #110632)

Did anybody notice that the bug was about the *potato* version of wenglish?

It does not make much sense to make wenglish in woody backwards
compatible with slink if potato already lost its backwards
compatibility.

What is clear according to the FHS is that every package or script
using /usr/dict is buggy and should be fixed, that's why the bug is of
type `wishlist'. Since the severity of the bug does not justify
modifying the wenglish package in potato, and the potato version does
not have the symlink, every potato user having a broken program or
script relying on /usr/dict should already adapt them to FHS. Under
these circumstances, creating a symlink (in testing/unstable, the only
possible way) would be quite pointless.
